3. SMS / Text Message Program Terms

3.1 SMS Program Description

Integ Digital Media LLC operates an A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS messaging program registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) under 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations. Our SMS program is used to communicate with clients and prospective clients of our AI receptionist and home service business communication services. Messages sent through this program include:

• Transactional messages: Appointment confirmations, booking reminders, and service notifications
• Follow-up messages: Communications regarding enquiries submitted through our website, booking funnel, or AI receptionist system
