Can you remove negative reviews?
We can't remove genuine reviews, and no one legitimately can. We can flag reviews that break platform policies, help you respond professionally, and build enough positive reviews that one bad one doesn't define you.
Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Yes. Asking every customer for honest feedback is allowed. What isn't allowed is buying reviews or only letting happy customers post. Our system asks everyone and never blocks anyone from posting publicly.
Which review sites do you cover?
Google, Facebook and Yelp as standard, plus industry-specific platforms where relevant to your business.
How do review requests reach customers?
By SMS and/or email, triggered automatically after a job, appointment or purchase. We can connect to most CRMs and booking systems.
Do reviews really affect AI recommendations?
AI assistants use reviews and sentiment as trust signals when recommending local and service businesses. A strong, recent review profile makes you easier to recommend.
Does this work for multiple locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own review flow and reporting, managed from one dashboard.
Reviews are now a ranking factor, a sales tool and an AI signal
- Most people check reviews before contacting a business.
- Review volume, rating and recency influence Google Maps rankings.
- AI assistants use review sentiment when deciding who to recommend.
Happy customers rarely leave a review unless asked. Unhappy ones often don't need asking. A system fixes that imbalance.
How we manage your reputation
Ask at the right moment
- Automated review requests by SMS and email after a job or purchase
- Short, mobile-friendly review links for Google, Facebook and industry sites
- Friendly follow-up reminders
Listen first
- A quick satisfaction check (such as a 0–10 "how likely are you to recommend us?" question) before the review request
- Happy customers are guided to leave a public review
- Unhappy customers are routed to your team to resolve the issue privately first
Respond everywhere
- All reviews in one dashboard
- Fast, on-brand responses to positive and negative reviews
- Sentiment trends that show what customers love and what needs fixing
Turn a complaint into a conversation
When a customer signals they're unhappy, Aria can reach out right away by SMS, WhatsApp or voice, capture what went wrong, and hand it to your team with full context. Problems get solved while they're still small, and that customer is far more likely to come back.

How we'll measure your results
We'd rather show you numbers than promise them. Every engagement starts with a baseline, so you can see exactly what changed and why.
- Baseline first. Before we touch anything, we record where you stand today: rankings, AI mentions, traffic, leads, reviews, or cost per lead, depending on the service.
- Plain-English monthly report. What we did, what moved, what didn't, and what we're doing next. No 40-page PDF of vanity metrics.
- Leads, not just clicks. Where Aria is connected, we report on conversations and bookings, not only visits.
- A named person. You always know who is working on your account and how to reach them.
Be one of our first success stories
We're building our services portfolio one client at a time, and we're open about it. We're taking on a small number of founding clients who get:
- Preferred founding rates for the first engagement term
- Senior, hands-on attention. You work directly with the people doing the work
- Aria included on your campaign landing pages for the length of the engagement, so you can see the full "found + converted" model in action
What we ask in return: if we get you results, you let us share them as a case study (you approve the final version, and we can keep it anonymous if you prefer).
Limited places. Places are offered after a short working session to make sure we're a good fit.
